BELLEVILLE – A St. Clair County man is seeking damages after he was struck while walking at a gas station in Belleville.

Frank L. Morin filed a complaint on Nov. 1 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Eric H. Reeve, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 9, 2016, he was walking from a gas pump to the front entrance of the Circle K in Belleville when Reeve negligently operated his vehicle and struck him.

Morin claims he sustained injuries to his head, neck, chest, back and leg, resulting in physical and mental pain, medical expenses and loss of enjoyment of life.
