BELLEVILLE – A St. Clair County woman is seeking damages following a rear-end collision on North Green Mount Road.
Denise Howard filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Anthony Holdener, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 19, 2015, she was driving a 2009 Hyundai Elantra traveling southbound along North Green Mount Road and was preparing to stop near a railroad crossing when Holdener crashed into the rear of her vehicle.
She claims she sustained severe injuries all over her body and nervous system, resulting in medical expenses, loss of earnings and pain and suffering.
The plaintiff alleges Holdener failed to maintain proper control of his vehicle and failed to keep careful lookout.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in an amount of more than $50,000, plus costs of this action.
