BELLEVILLE – A driver alleges she was injured when another motorist violated a stop sign.
Judith A. Hudson filed a complaint on Oct. 19 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Lisa M. Greenfield alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 10, she was operating a motor vehicle traveling southbound on Illinois 157 when defendant negligently struck plaintiff's vehicle. She alleges she sustained injuries to her back, neck, shoulders, head and chest.
The plaintiff holds Greenfield responsible because the defendant allegedly violated the stop sign and failed to maintain careful lookout.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $50,000, plus interest and all further relief as the court may deem just and proper. She is represented by Robert J. Radice of Horas, Radice & Associates LLC in St. Louis.
