BELLEVILLE – A driver alleges injuries in an Illinois Route 15 collision.
Timothy McGary Sr. filed a complaint on Sept. 18 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Cedric Brisoe, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 25, 2015, he was driving a motor vehicle traveling westbound on Illinois Route 15 when the defendant negligently caused his vehicle to collide with plaintiff's vehicle.
McGary claims he sustained injuries both internal and external and was caused to suffer physical and mental pain.
The plaintiff alleges Brisoe negligently drove his vehicle at a speed greater than reasonable, failed to maintain careful lookout and failed to stop or swerve to avoid collision.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in a sum of more than $50,000, plus costs of this action.
