Marathon Administrative Co. Inc., Sparta Capital Management LLC, Consumer Services of Florida Inc. and Athens Administrative LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 8 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Gary D. The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek actual damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney's fees, costs and any other relief that the court may deem just and proper.

They are represented by Bradley A. Winters and Douglas J. Winters of Sher Corwin Winters LLC in St. Louis.
