BELLEVILLE — A postal worker claims he was injured when two dogs allegedly attacked him while delivering a package.

Anthony Taylor filed a complaint on Aug. 25 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Jerry and Mila Conner, alleging they failed to secure their dogs.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 7, he was delivering a postal package at the defendants' premises when two dogs attacked him.

He claims she sustained severe injuries to his head, neck, body and limbs.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants negligently failed to act as a custodian, failed to restrain the dogs and failed to warn the plaintiff of the dangerous propensities of their dogs to attack and bite a person without provocation.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $50,000, plus costs of this action.

He is represented by John H. Hustava of John Hustava Attorney at La in Colinsville.
