BELLEVILLE — A man claims a woman stole his father's possessions and money worth approximately $150,000
Nicholas P. Schilling filed a suit against Janet M. Schilling in the St. Clair County Circuit Court on Sept. 30.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims the defendant stole and refused to return a number of items belonging to his father. He alleges the items are worth more than $150,000.
