Plaintiff claims speeding driver caused rear-end collision

BELLEVILLE – A motorist is suing over injuries he allegedly suffered during an automobile crash.

Nazmi N. Nabulsh filed the suit April 28 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Lynne Cebulske.

On Dec. 9, 2014, Nabulsh was driving his car east on North Belt West when Cebulske allegedly drove at a high rate of speed and collided with the back of Nabulsh's vehicle, the suit says.

The resulting injuries to Nabulsh include those to his neck and back, pain and suffering, loss of a normal life and wages, emotional distress, and medical expenses, according to the suit..

He seeks monetary damages in excess of $50,000, court costs and any other relief the court deems just and proper. He is represented by Shaun M. Lieser of the Lieser Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
