U.S. News & Best Lawyers has included HeplerBroom in both the metropolitan and national rankings of its 2016 “Best Law Firms.”
Firms that are included in the list are recognized for professional excellence with persistently impressive ratings from clients and peers.
The rankings include HeplerBroom as a Tier 1 law firm in the Chicago metropolitan area in "Professional Malpractice Law – Defendants."
HeplerBroom also was included in Tier 1 rankings for the St. Louis metropolitan area in "Commercial Litigation, Criminal Defense: White – Collar, Litigation – Antitrust, Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants, and Professional Malpractice Law – Defendants."
Additionally, HeplerBroom was included in Tier 2 rankings for St. Louis Metropolitan area in "Litigation – Intellectual Property and Litigation – Securities. Tier 3 rankings for the St. Louis Metropolitan area in: Antitrust Law and Franchise Law. HeplerBroom was also included in national Tier 3 rankings for Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants."
The U.S. News & Best Lawyers Best Law Firms rankings are based on an evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field, and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process.
To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have a lawyer listed in The Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top four percent of practicing attorneys in the US. More than 17,000 attorneys provided almost 600,000 law firm assessments, and almost 7,500 clients provided more than 40,000 evaluations.
