ALTON--A St. Louis man is suing an Illinois man, seeking a $63,620 debt after a judgment in the plaintiff's favor.
Dan Abel filed suit Oct. 22 in Madison County Circuit Court against Donald Portell of Highland seeking the remainder of a $68,750 judgment.
Abel is represented by attorney Michael Hart of St. Louis.
