Sivia Business & Legal Services, P.C. (SBLS) is opening its second office in Brighton after purchasing the law practice of Mary Albert-Fritz.
“Ms. Albert-Fritz loyally served the area for over 30 years, and we will continue to assist the legal needs of the local communities,” said Todd Sivia, attorney and founder of SBLS. “My great-grandfather was mayor of Brighton and I am happy to have the opportunity to continue his legacy.”
SBLS is inviting the public to an open house on Nov. 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the new office in Brighton located at 912 North Main St. Those attending will have the opportunity to meet the attorneys and staff and register for door prizes. Refreshments will be provided.
“We look forward to meeting people,” Sivia said. “I hope everyone comes to the open house so they can get to know us a little better.”
SBLS is an asset protection law firm, that works with clients on business law, estate planning, real estate, Medicaid planning, special needs trusts, VA assistance and pension planning, as well as all aspects of family law.
SBLS is also offering financial assistance to clients at the Brighton office. Through a partnership with Genesis Financial Group, Inc., clients can choose to meet with Jon Payne, a financial advisor and a resident of Bunker Hill. Pane’s services allow SBLS to provide a comprehensive package to estate planning by reviewing your existing estate plan and asset documents and ensuring a coordinated plan that will maximize tax deferral options and investments.
Sivia will also present an elder care seminar called “Planning for the Golden Years,” at Robings Manor in Brighton on Nov. 14 beginning at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
The new office will be open Monday through Thursday and appointments can be made by calling 618-372-4111 or 618-659-4499.
