A foreign judgment involving a court award of more than $150,000 has been filed in Madison County.
According to the Oct. 8 filing, a Missouri Circuit Court judge ordered Jesse Jones doing business as The Stables and Amalgamated Brewing Company to pay the Riverfront Times $159,978.28, plus court cost after it failed to appear in court.
The documents do not specify why Riverfront Times had sued the brewing company.
