Two women are suing a Centreville man for allegedly rear-ending their car while they were driving in Belleville.
Joyce A. Luster and Jamie A. Jackson filed a lawsuit March 26 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Cecil E. Bedwell.
According to the complaint, Luster and Jackson were driving west on Foley Drive in October 2011 when they were hit from behind by a car driven by Bedwell. Both women say they were hurt in the crash and accuse Bedwell of negligence. Luster and Jackson ask for more than $100,000 in damages for medical bills, loss of income and court fees.
