Pie in the Sky foreign judgment entered in Madison County

A company owes a woman more than $150,000 in missed payments owed under the terms of a loan agreement, a St. Louis judge declared.

Nancy A. Bullock filed an affidavit of foreign judgment March 27 in Madison County Circuit Court against Pie in the Sky.

In her affidavit, Bullock alleges St Louis Circuit Court Judge Philip Heagney ordered Pie in the Sky to pay her $179,379.57, plus interest of $17.77 per day.

Pie in the Sky had received a subordinated debenture on May 20, 2005, for $200,000, according to the judgment.

Pie in the Sky had agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments, but has failed to make a payment since May 14, 2008, the judgment says.

Robert J. Will of Lewis, Rice and Fingersh in St. Louis represented Bullock.

Kyler L. Humphrey of Polsinelli Shughart in St. Louis represented Pie in the Sky.

Madison County Circuit Court case number: 13-L-499.
