An Indiana woman claims she fell on uneven steps outside of a Caseyville bar, causing her to suffer injuries.
Jamie Humphrey claims she was visiting Full Moon Saloon on March 15, 2011, when she sustained left leg and left foot injuries after she fell while leaving the bar.
In addition to her injuries, Humphrey incurred medical costs and lost earnings, according to the complaint.
She blames the bar for contributing to her injuries, saying it negligently failed to provide a safe entrance and exit for use by its customers and failed to warn its customers of the uneven spacing of its steps.
In her complaint, Humphrey is seeking a judgment of more than $50,000, plus costs.
