The Madison County Bar Association (MCBA) is joining “Feeding Illinois,” a statewide effort to collect food and funds, benefiting local food banks.
The drive will be held Feb. 18-March 1.
The public is invited to make donations of non-perishable food items at law firms in Edwardsville, Troy, Collinsville, Alton, East Alton and Granite City.
Donations can be made at these locations in Edwardsville: Gori Julian & Associates, 156 N. Main St.; Troy: Levo Donohoo Law, 200 E. Market St.; Collinsville: The Law Office of Curtis L. Blood, 1602 Vandalia St.; Alton: King Law Firm, LLC, 510 East 6th St.; East Alton: The Donohoo Law Firm, 251 E. Airline Dr.; Granite City: Dennis Orsey, 3388 Maryville Rd #A.
Monetary donations are welcome. Anyone who wants to participate can donate to www.crowdrise.com by searching for the Madison County Bar Association. A website, www.lawyersfeedingil.org provides information and updates about the statewide program.
