ST. LOUIS - Herzog Crebs LLP has announced that Carrie F. Keller, Tracy Beckham Phipps and Jacqueline F. Redmond have become partners in the firm.
Keller represents a variety of business and individual clients on matters including business planning, financing, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, general corporate counsel advice, business succession planning, estate planning, and probate and trust administration. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000 from Washington University in St. Louis, where she graduated with honors. She received her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2003. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
Phipps’ practice is based in civil defense and complex litigation with a concentration in toxic tort litigation. She is a 2000 graduate of Indiana University and a 2003 graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law. Phipps is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois and has received an AV “Peer Review Rated” rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Redmond focuses her practice on business litigation matters, including toxic torts and product liability. Redmond graduated from George Washington University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with a concentration in International Economics and received her law degree in 2003 from Saint Louis University School of Law. She is licensed in Missouri and Illinois and has received an AV “Peer Review Rated” rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
