A man who fell from a Bobcat tractor while working on the premises of Vandalia Bus Lines in Caseyville, is suing.
Dale Clifton claims in a lawsuit filed April 18 in St. Clair County Circuit Court that he suffered a grievous injury when the alleged incident occurred on April 20, 2010.
Clifton claims he was performing trenching work at the behest of Vandalia.
His suit seeks in excess of $50,000 in damages. He claims the defendant failed to properly maintain the equipment and failed to warn him of the equipment's unsafe condition.
He is represented by Kenneth Beljanski of Brown & Brown in Fairview Heights.
