A St. Clair County woman is suing the driver of a car that allegedly rear-ended her while she was waiting at a stop light.
Sandra S. Daesch filed a lawsuit Jan. 17 against Cole A. Greenfield in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
The alleged crash happened in Deember 2011. Daesch says she was stopped at the intersection of Illinois Route 13 and Frank Scott Parkway. While she was waiting to make a right turn in her Jeep, the driver says she was hit from behind by an SUV being driven by Greenfield.
Daesch accuses Greenfield of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical bills and court costs.
She is represented by attorney Brad L. Badgley of Belleville.
