The Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Chamber of Commerce is hosting a meet and greet event featuring state and local public officials from 4:30-6:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 19 at the Edwardsville Gun Club, located at 4104 Staunton Rd. in Edwardsville.
The Chamber's Government Affairs Committee of the Chamber organized the event with the mission of educating members about government, building productive relationships between members and elected officials, and promoting discussion on issues affecting the local business community.
Officials scheduled to attend are:
Madison County Board Chairman Alan Dunstan, Madison County board members, State Sen. William Haine, Madison County State's Attorney Thomas Gibbons, Madison County Recorder Matt Rice, Edwardsville Township Chairman Mike Campbell, Edwardsville Mayor Gary Niebur, Glen Carbon Mayor Rob Jackstadt, Madison County Chief Judge Ann Callis, Circuit Judge Barbara Crowder and Associate Judge Elizabeth Levy.
