Van Court
Rebecca L. Van Court has joined HeplerBroom LLC in the Edwardsville office as an associate attorney with a special emphasis on toxic tort defense.
Prior to joining HeplerBroom, Van Court concentrated her practice in personal injury defense, property damage claims, premises liability, and products liability cases.
Van Court has tried personal injury and insurance fraud cases in Illinois state and federal courts. She regularly represented Fortune 500 Companies and obtained favorable jury verdicts and arbitration awards on behalf of defendants.
Van Court received her Juris Doctorate in May, 2006, magna cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in 2003. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
