First Bank files foreign judgment in Madison County

First Bank claims a company owes it more than $300,000 after a judge in St. Louis County Circuit Court ruled in the bank's favor.

The bank filed an affidavit pursuant to filing foreign judgment May 7 in Madison County Circuit Court against Fischer and Frichtel.

Sara Finan Melly, counsel for First Bank, claims in her affidavit that First Bank obtained a judgment April 5 in St. Louis County Circuit Court for $328,375.

The bank filed Melly's affidavit so it could file the judgment against Fischer and Frichtel in Madison County Circuit Court, according to the affidavit.
