The Business Bank of St. Louis has filed a memorandum with the Madison County Circuit Court clerk against Kanich Development, Harold Hart Jr., Terri A. Hart, Anne Kane and Timothy Kane.
The bank is seeking a default judgment in its favor to be registered in Madison County, according to the memo filed March 24.
Jeffrey R. Schmitt of St. Louis will be representing the bank.
