Another case management conference is scheduled in a personal injury suit involving Avon's "Skin So Soft Light and Lush Shower Gel" body wash.

Plaintiff Darlene Fisher claims the bath gel caused her to suffer a severe allergic reaction that included rectal bleeding when she used it in the shower in April 2007.

The complaint seeks damages in excess of $200,000, costs, attorneys' fees and pre-judgment interest.

Madison County Circuit Judge Dennis Ruth is presiding.

Fisher claims in her complaint that she had not used any other products on the day in question. After using the bath gel that she received as a gift, she claims to have suffered itching, irritation, sinus infection, urinary tract infection and rectal bleeding.

Her suit names the woman who sold the product, Ann Fisher, and Avon as defendants.

The case management conference is set for 9 a.m. on Nov. 25.

Darlene Fisher is represented by Susan Swartzkopf.

The defendants are represented by Steven Sanders.

The Madison County case is number 09-L-934.
