A man has filed suit against his insurance company, alleging he was not paid medical benefits to which he was entitled after an accident.
Nathan Wolff claims he was involved in an all-terrain vehicle accident on Nov. 2 and suffered injuries.
According to the complaint filed Sept. 21 in Madison County Circuit Court, Wolff incurred medical bills as a result of the accident and has repeatedly demanded that defendant American Community Mutual Insurance Company pay for his medical expenses.
However, American Community refused to pay the bills, causing Wolff to incur medical costs of more than $50,000, the suit states.
In the two-count suit, Wolff is seeking a judgment of more than $50,000, plus costs.
He will be represented by Jane Unsell of Unsell and Schattnik in East Alton.
