Scott A. Richards, who was living at the property at the time of the occurence, claims Elceser hit him with a golf club on Oct. 18.

All three plaintiffs sustained damages from the incidents, according to the complaint filed May 22 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.

In the two-count suit, the Richards are seeking $100,000, plus costs.
Timothy S. Richards, an attorney at Neville, Richards and Wuller, will be representing himself and the other two plaintiffs.
