Anthony Champlin has filed suit against Fast Eddie's Bon-Air, alleging he was attacked by four intoxicated males while visiting the establishment.
Champlin claims he was at Fast Eddie's on Jan. 30 when four men who were served alcohol while at the establishment jumped and assaulted him, causing him to incur a broken nose and a fractured nasal cavity, according to the complaint filed Feb. 9 in Madison County Circuit Court.
In addition to his broken nose, Champlin claims he suffered significant head injuries, a concussion and experienced pain and suffering.
He also claims he incurred substantial medical expenses, became disabled, is unable to pursue his normal activities and has lost wages.
Champlin is seeking a judgment in excess of $50,000, plus costs.
