Delano C. Kostka has filed suit against Felicia Keener, alleging he sustained injuries after her dog bit him.
Kostka was at 3863 Old Freeburg Road in Freeburg on June 3, 2007, when the dog attacked and bit him with no provocation, according to the complaint filed Feb. 6 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Because of the bite, Kostka sustained permanent injuries, partial disability and pain and incurred medical expenses, the suit states.
He is seeking a judgment in excess of $50,000, plus costs.
