Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard attorneys Thomas Berry, Jr. and Philip Lading recently accepted a request by the Illinois Chamber of Commerce to author a book for the Chamber on employment law in Illinois.
The publication will address issues arising under the multitude of employment leave laws impacting Illinois employers including: the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
Berry and Lading will be presenting seminars throughout the state on leave laws impacting Illinois employers.
