Franklin Credit Management Corporation has filed a complaint against a St. Clair County resident, alleging she failed to pay the balance owed on a promissory note.
Represented by The Wirbicki Law Group, Franklin Credit Management Corporation claims Donna J. Bedwell executed a promissory note on Aug. 22, 2000, for $75,000 but has failed and refused to make her monthly payment of $761.17 per month since April 16, 2007.
"Allowing for all just set offs and credits, the amount due and owing to Franklin Credit Management Corporation under the terms of the note as of December 1, 2008, is $75,974.03," the complaint filed Nov. 19 in St. Clair County Circuit Court states.
In addition to the balance due, Franklin Credit Management Corporation is seeking attorneys' fees, costs and other relief the court deems just.
