Tracie A. Grzywacz has filed suit against Kristen L. Ochs, alleging her neck, head, body and spine were injured after a collision.
Grzywacz was driving west in the 4500 block of North Belt West Avenue in Belleville on May 30, 2007, when Kristen L. Ochs, who was turning east onto North Belt West from a parking lot, collided with her, according to a complaint filed Oct. 29 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
In addition to her injuries, Grzywacz suffered severe and intense pain and incurred medical costs, the suit states.
Ochs was negligent because she failed to yield the right-of-way and collided with Grzywacz.
Grzywacz is seeking a judgment in excess of $50,000, plus costs.
