Regions Bank, as guardian of the estate of Brandon Shamble, a disabled adult, is suing Howard RV Supercenter in St. Louis for breach of contract and fraud.

According to a suit filed May 30 in St. Clair County Circuit Court, the defendant has not delivered a 2008 Itasca Sunrise RV, even though Regions issued a check for $80,877, half the price of the RV, which was negotiated Jan. 23.

"That since same was tendered and cashed, there has been no communications from Howard RV Supercenter and efforts to contact Howard RV Supercenter have been unsuccessful and Howard RV Supercenter has not delivered the 2008 Itasca Sunrise RV, and Howard RV Supercenter has not refunded said monies," the complaint states.

Represented by Edward J. Blake, Jr. of Blake & Allen in Belleville, Regions is seeking in excess of $50,000 in damages plus attorney's fees and costs.
