Ronnie P. Siddle filed suit against Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in St. Clair County Circuit Court for injuries he sustained at Sam's Club store #6635 on Nov. 4, 2006.

The store is located in Littleton, Colo.

According to the complaint filed May 28, the store allowed but failed to warn invitees of a slippery condition on the floor of the premises.

He claims he has been hindered and prevented from attending to his usual and customary affairs, duties and occupation.
