  • Stonum alleges that an intoxicated male patron at Kenny's attacked him without provocation which caused him to sustain severe and permanent injuries to his left leg and ankle. Stonum is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

  • Large claims he was injured on Nov. 24, 2007 when Bruce, who was consuming alcoholic beverages at Casa Romero and Cottage Hills, crossed the center line and collided head-on with his vehicle on Interstate 255 in Bethalto. Large is seeking at least $400,000 in damages.
