Anita Bogle, individually, and as Co- Administrator of the estate of Brandon Krug, deceased v. The estate of Edward LaBruyere by Lynda Evers

  • Bogle claims that on Jan. 14, 2004, LaBruyere was driving at a high rate of speed northbound in the 1100 block of McDonough Lake Road in Collinsville when the vehicle left the roadway to the right, struck a culvert, vaulted, came to a rest on its roof, then caught fire and burned killing her son. Bogle is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

    Melvin Woodruff, individually and as Administrator of the estate of Julie Woodruff, deceased v. Jarvis Township and O'Fallon Township

  • Woodruff claims his wife died on Jan. 2, 2005, after an auto accident on County Line Road in Jarvis Township. He accused Jarvis Township of failing to provide a roadway that is of sufficient width for traffic traveling on the road. Woodruff is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

  • Brooke clams she sustained serious injuries on Aug. 22, 2004, when Steinbach allegedly collided with her on I-55 in Olive Township. Brooke is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

    Michael and Linda Evola v. City of Granite City, Madison County Sewer District, City of Pontoon Beach, and City of Mitchell

  • The Evola's claim on Jan. 4, 2005, after a rainstorm, raw sewage backed up and flowed into the lower level of their home. The Evola's are seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

    Rolando Serna, Elizabeth Serna and Roberto Hinojosa v. William Sheldon Jeffcoat and Stanley Jones Corporation

  • The plaintiffs' claim they sustained injuries on April 19, 2002, when Jeffcoat, an employee for Stanley Jones, allegedly collided with them on Highway 157 in the vicinity of mile post 84 in Jefferson County. The plaintiffs' each are seeking $50,000 in damages from Jeffcoat and at least $100,000 from Stanley Jones.
