Charles and Barbara Reed v. Derik Payne

The Reeds claim they sustained serious injuries when Payne allegedly collided with them on Illinois Route 143 in Highland on Jan. 14, 2004. They are seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

James Ohley v. Popatlal Patel d/b/a Melville Dairy Store
J-Byron; PA-Samuel Mormino

Ohley claims he entered Melville Dairy on Dec. 10, 2003, and fell on a recently mopped and soaking, wet floor. Ohley is seeking at least $50,000 in damages for the injuries he allegedly sustained.
