Wash-N-Go Car Wash
Jeffrey Laird filed suit against Wash-N-Go car wash on Humbert Road in Godfrey seeking at least $50,000 in damages for injuries he sustained when he was removed from the premises.
Laird alleges that on Sept. 3 employees negligently and carelessly shoved him to the ground without provocation and attacked him.
According to Laird's suit filed in Madison County Circuit Court Nov. 10, he suffered personal injuries to his body, both internally and externally and as a consequence, suffered great pain and mental anguish, disability and loss of a normal life.
Laird is represented by Michael Glisson of Alton. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge George Moran.
