Jerry Harty v. Fire Safety Inc., Kidde PLC, United Technologies

Harty claims the fire suppression system made by Fire Safety did not activate on Jan. 10 when a fire broke out at the Olin Brass Casting Plant causing serious burns. Harty is seeking damages in excess of $300,000.

Brian Garrett v. U.S. Bancorp, Inc., d/b/a U. S. Bank, Bethalto Airport Office

Garrett alleges that on April 12, 2004, he slipped and fell in the foyer entrance of US Bank in Bethalto. Garrett is seeking at least $50,000 for injuries, medical costs, and mental anguish.
