Damon Sinars and Jennifer Sinars v. Armor All Products et.al

Sinars claims he was exposed to benzene and benzene-containing products which led to him being diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) on May 24, 2004. Sinars and his wife are seeking at least $900,000 in damages.

Sandra Buchanan v. Patti Miller
J-Stack; PA-Michael Gnavi

Buchanan claims she was permanently injured on Aug. 31, 2004, when Miller allegedly collided with her on South Morrison in Collinsville. Buchanan is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
