Derek Stinnett v. Mary Hess

  • Stinnett claims he was permanently injured when Hess allegedly collided with him on West Center Street in Alton. Stinnett is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

  • Smith claims he fell and fractured his left wrist on the sidewalk in front of 1423 State St., in Alton. Smith is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

  • Stegall claims she was assaulted by Kain who was showing a rental property in Alton. Stegall is seeking at least $50,000 for the embarrassment and humiliation she sustained along with other injuries.

    Michelle Merced as independent administrator of the estate of Michael Soliz v. Beverly Farm Foundation

  • Merced claims defendants failed to properly diagnose, examine, evaluate, monitor and treat Soliz which led to his death in November of 2003. Merced is seeking at least $350,000 in damages.

  • Rangle claims she received permanent, personal injuries to the bones, muscles and tissues of her leg and foot, when she prevented a falling piece of furniture from striking her daughter at the Ultimate Furniture Outlet in Granite City. Rangle is seeking at least $100,000 in damages.
