  • Alton Memorial claims Bottoms received medical care at the hospital beginning on Oct. 12, 2004, which has not been paid. Alton Memorial is seeking $129,693.19 in damages.

  • Mack claims that on June 13, 2004, she was permanently injured when Williams allegedly collided with her on Route 111 in Wood River. Mack is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
