David Bean Sr. v. AW Chesterton et.al.

  • Asbestos: Stipulation for dismissal of Honeywell International, General Electric, and Maremont were allowed by Circuit Judge Daniel Stack. Union Carbide filed a motion for summary judgment and Arvinmeritor was dismissed without prejudice.

    Jesus Mendez v. MetLife et.al.
  • Mendez filed a motion to dismiss his asbestos case without prejudice and it was granted by Associate Judge Ralph Mendelsohn. Mendez has one year to re-file his case if he wishes.

    Larry Moran v. Philips Electronics et.al.
  • Circuit Judge Daniel Stack set a jury trial date of Oct. 31 at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 327. Stipulation for dismissal of Kelly Moore Paint, AO Smith and Kelsey Hayes was allowed.

    Lisa Falk v. Roehl Transport et.al.
  • The case management conference set for April 27 was continued by consent of both parties until June 1 at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 320 with Circuit Judge George Moran presiding.

  • CIM’s motion to dismiss was called and heard by Circuit Judge Nicholas Byron, he has taken the matter under advisement.

  • The plaintiff’s filed a motion for a new judge which was granted by Circuit Judge Daniel Stack. The case was reassigned to Circuit Judge Andy Matoesian who set a case management conference for June 1 at 9 a.m.
