Circuit Judge Andy Matoesian set a civil jury trial for Oct. 11 at 9 a.m. Defendant's motion to compel was continued.

Jessica Hall individuall and on behalf v. Sprint

Defendant's motion to stay proceedings was called and denied. Circuit Judge Nicholas Byron also denied a request by Sprint to reconsider. Defendant's request that the court take judicial review was granted.

Matthew Berelemann v. United States Steel et.al.

Case was called to hear US Steel's motion to dismiss, along with co-defendant Olin's motion to dismiss. Circuit Judge Andy Matoesian continued the hearing until June 1 at 10 a.m.

Belinda Vardell individually and on behalf v. Union Planters Bank

Union Planters' motion to dismiss Count I of the class action case was denied by Circuit Judge Nicholas Byron. Byron did dismiss counts II & III.

James Woodson v. Liberty Mutual

Liberty filed a motion for summary judgement, and Circuit Judge Andy Matoesian set a hearing for May 4 at 9 a.m.
