Locklear Electric individually and on behalf v. Improvement Inc.

  • Locklear claims Improvement sent them unsolicited faxes which constitutes an unlawful taking of Locklear’s fax paper, toner ink, and electricity. Locklear also is seeking an injunction to prohibit and prevent future violations. Locklear is seeking no more than $5 million for the entire class.
