A pre-trial hearing was held April 11, the final step before the June 6 trial, set by Judge Barbara Crowder. The trial will begin at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 302.

Ronald Klaus v. St. Louis Truck Plaza

The April 11 trial date was continued as Klaus filed a motion to reconsider a previous ruling by Judge Philip Kardis. No new trial date has been set.
