Terry Robbins v. Neal Harris
J-Byron; PA-Lon Weaver

Robbins claims while he was helping his mother move from 801 George Street in Wood River he injured himself when he fell on the uneven sidewalk which was allegedly covered in leaves. Robbins is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

Shannon Kent v. Betsy Dankenbring, Kenneth Mattison, Central Freight Lines
J-Stack; PA-Stephen Mudge

Kent is seeking at least $400,000 in damages for injuries she received in an accident on May 12, 2004. Kent's husband Christopher died in the crash.
