  • Judge Mendelsohn dismissed the case on agreed motions by both parties. The case settled out of court in January.

  • Defendant's motion to have Havranek see an independent medical provider was granted by Judge Byron. Byron ordered Havranek to see Myron Jacobs, M.D. with Consolidated to pay for travel expenses.

  • Defendant Chevron's motion to dismiss was called and granted, pending discovery and jurisdiction in the case.

  • Judge Byron granted Hall's motion to amend her complaint to conform the pleadings and her motion to file her first amended complaint.

    Ron Mullins v. CSX Transportation
  • Defendant's motion to dismiss based on forum non conveniens was put on hold as both parties are trying to resolve the case.
