Sharon and Robert Burns v. The City of Granite City, a Municipal Corporation

  • Sharon Burns claims on March 22, 2004, she fell on the sidewalk on the southeast corner of Niedringhaus and State Street due to large cracks and an uneven surface. Robert Burns claims he has been deprived of the services and companionship of his wife due to her injuries. The Burns are seeking at least $100,000 in damages.

  • Jason Gan claims that on Nov. 30 McKinney failed to stop at a stop sign while driving a Laidlaw bus colliding with his car on Route 162 in Maryville injuring him and his brother. The Gans are seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
