  • Sykes claims her son was bitten by Smith’s dog while in Smith’s backyard on 3304 Belle in Alton on Aug. 12, 2004. Sykes is seeking at least $100,000 in damages for medical bills and pain and suffering.

  • Mains claims Allard collided with her vehicle at Broadway and Market in Venice on March 5, 2003, causing serious injuries. Mains is seeking at least $50,000 in damages for injuries she received.
