  • Greg Hamlet alleges, on Oct. 30, 2004, he was cleaning gutters on an "unstable" roof when he slipped and fell onto the ground. Hamlet is seeking a judgment in damages for multiple injuries, pain and suffering, and past and future medical expenses; plus all costs.

    Dana Verhoff v. Anne F. Marshall, d/b/a B.A.K Trucking

  • Verhoff alleges on Apr. 14, 2003, while riding in a car near the intersection of Route 3 and Route 143 in Wood River, a B.A.K. Trucking agent collided a semi-tractor trailer into her vehicle. Verhoff is seeking at least $100,000 in damages for multiple injuries, pain and suffering, and past and future medical expenses; plus all costs.

    Shala T. Ross v. Aaron L. Broyles

  • On Sept. 9, 2004, Ross claims she was driving Catherine Harris' vehicle near the intersection of Alton Square Mall Drive and Homer Adams Parkway in Alton when the defendant, Broyles, collided into her car. Ross is seeking at least $50,000 in damages for multiple injuries, pain and suffering, and past and future medical expenses; plus all costs.
